Past experience

Gabriela worked for several years at Federated Hermes International. There she was the interim Head of Data Governance, tasked with the design and implementation of a data governance framework, initially focusing on the ESG and engagement data, for the international arm of the Pittsburgh Investment Manager. Prior to that, she provided data SME and delivery services to Brooks MacDonald, Royal London, Vanguard and Fidelity International.

With 13 years’ experience exclusively within Financial Services buy and sell side, Gabriela has a wealth of experience in data management, data governance, process automation, technology transformation, and innovation with a key focus on analytics. She also holds the EDM Council DCAM certification. She is a subject matter expert (SME) in all things data and is responsible for on-going strategic development of our data capabilities.‍
