Data Analyst
Callum joined Holley Holland from AstraZeneca. His previous role was within the R&D data office and focused on a variety of tasks such as user requirements gathering; metadata capture, cleansing and enhancement, and data access governance. He was also involved in data visualisation to maximise the usage of clinical data assets to support the development of new treatments.
Before that, Callum studied Criminology at Durham University, where he had a strong focus on statistical analysis and evaluation of crime and deviance, a subject that formed the basis of his dissertation.
At Holley Holland, Callum is supporting the buildout and generation of data lineage for one ofour clients. He is also involved in evaluating their current tooling and processes to ensure future proofing and sustainability within the ever-changing world of regulatory reporting and controls.
In his free time, Callum enjoys getting involved in as much sport as possible. Currently he plays hockey for a local club and also boxes and road cycles when he can. In the past he played rugby union and sevens in various national competitions. He has also recently taken up running, with the goal of competing two half marathons this year.
