‍Paula is a multilingual chartered accountant with a deep knowledge of the financial services industry. She has had in-depth exposure to wealth management, private banking, asset management and insurance in different capacities – audit, risk management, and change management – from within organisations and from a consultancy perspective, in the UK, Channel Islands and Switzerland. Previous roles include Head of Wealth Risk at Lloyds Banking Group, where Paula led a team responsible for providing conduct, compliance and operational risk advice to the wealth business and partnering with senior stakeholders to proactively identify and mitigate risks and provide remediation.

Responsibilities

‍

‍Paula is responsible for leading and delivering large scale programmes at tier 1 banks and acting as senior advisor to the client leadership team across a number of areas including risk and data.
