Past experience

Joshna has worked at Santander as technical data analyst supporting the financial crime remediation programme in effectively reducing the time and resources required for manual remediation. Prior to that, she worked at NatWest Bank, identifying, analysing, profiling and sourcing data for various regulatory projects. Her work with the Financial Conduct Authority helped in building liquidity reporting dashboards, providing solution design for CRDIV, and enhancing existing data warehouse. With nearly 16 years of experience in IT and financial services, she has been engaged in several roles including developer/consultant/support analyst, technical data specialist/analyst.

Joshna has a wealth of experience in ETL and BI toolsets, data analysis, innovation experience and solution design. Joshna will be leading a programme of work to deliver a strategic customer master data capability.

Leisure time

Joshna lives in Edinburgh. She is an unofficial food critic. Her interests are cooking, sewing, drawing, walking, and learning anything new. Joshna enjoys spending time with her family, friends and watching TV.
